Laying out screens, wiring the hardware, previewing with simulated sensor readings and saving your work are all unmetered. The only thing counted is a code generation: one complete build of your project's source files.
Prices in USD, billed monthly, cancel any time from inside the app. Credit packs are a one-off purchase and never expire.
Creating and editing screens · adding widgets and styles · configuring the display, touch controller and pins · adding sensors, buses and I/O expanders · variables, formulas and automations · preview mode · validation and the hardware check · saving, opening and duplicating projects · downloading a project as JSON.
Pressing Generate code and getting your source files back. Downloading the same result as a zip immediately afterwards is part of the same generation, not a second one - and a build that fails validation is never charged.
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. You keep designing, previewing and saving; only the Generate button waits until your allowance rolls over, you buy a credit pack, or you upgrade.
On a rolling 30-day window from your first generation in the period, not on the first of the month. The app shows the exact date.
Your monthly allowance is always spent first. Credits are only drawn on once it is exhausted, so buying a pack early never wastes it.
Yes, from Manage billing inside the app. Pro runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then the account drops to the free plan. Projects above the free limit become read-only rather than being deleted.
Saved projects are stored on the server so you can open them from another machine - that is the point of an account. You can delete any project, and deleting your account removes them all.
The server is a normal Node and MongoDB application. If billing is not configured it simply runs unmetered. Get in touch if you want to run it internally.
No card. 10 generations a month is enough to take a real panel from blank to flashing.
